The Layout

The current layout is basement entry or main floor. On the main floor is the foyer, a workshop area, laundry, utilities like hot water and furnace, an open area or rec room, (currently my office). On the second floor, is the master and en-suite (very small), bedroom 2, bedroom 3, the kitchen, dining area, living room and a deck out back.


The new layout closes in the carport, which becomes my office/den, laundry and a powder room, the dining area, kitchen and living room are all now on the main floor with an open concept and a door to the new garage. Upstairs, we close in the tiny master bath and make the shared bath bigger. The regular bedrooms stay as they are, a new master bedroom is created with a walk in closet, a deck and a very large spa like master en-suite.
